BLUE LINE TECH (“BLUE LINE TECH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) welcomes you. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”). If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the Site.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms of Use do not govern the use of the services and/or products provided by Mark43 that we distribute, such as Mark43 RMS, Mark43 CAD, and Mark43 Evidence products. Those products are governed by the terms provided by Mark43 directly.

Unauthorized use of the BLUE LINE TECH trademarks or the use of Mark43 trademarks in any manner is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from us or from Mark43.

While we encourage you to contact us with feedback, questions, or suggestions, we do not accept confidential or proprietary information via email. Any communications you send to us may be used for any purpose, including the development and marketing of products and services.

NO WARRANTIES/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BLUE LINE TECH and its licensors disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold BLUE LINE TECH harmless from any claims, actions, or demands resulting from your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Site.

COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS

The Site is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws.

TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time without prior notice or liability.

DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT

BLUE LINE TECH respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your work has been infringed on the Site, please notify us in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

BINDING ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
